ഈ വെബ്സൈറ്റ് തുടങ്ങുന്നതിനു മുന്‍പ്‌ തന്നെ ഇന്റര്‍നെറ്റില്‍ VHSE യെ ക്കുറിച്ച് പുതുതായി എന്തെങ്കിലും matter ഉണ്ടോ എന്ന്‍ ഗൂഗിള്‍ സേര്‍ച്ച്‌ നടത്താറുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. അങ്ങനെ ലഭിച്ച ചില അഭിപ്രായങ്ങള്‍ ഇവിടെയും പങ്കു വെക്കുന്നു. ഈ അഭിപ്രായങ്ങള്‍ എന്റെ വ്യക്തിപരമായതല്ല എന്ന് പ്രത്യേകം പറയേണ്ടതില്ലല്ലോ. പലതിനോടും എനിക്ക് യോജിപ്പോ അനുഭാവമോ ഇല്ല എന്നും അറിയിക്കുന്നു. എങ്കിലും അവരുടെ അഭിപ്രായങ്ങളെ മാനിക്കുന്നു. വിലപ്പെട്ട പ്രതികരണങ്ങള്‍ പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.

VHSE is totally a structure less enterprise with no defined structure for the course and no defined role for the teachers and instructors.

1) A junior teacher for G.F.C.

There is no need to waste a huge sum of money towards instructing trade and management long 2 hours/week in a class. Vocational teachers as learned and drawing huge sum of money can handle this.

2) Role of vocational instructors

Role of vocational instructors are not defined.They are not authorized to conduct practical or theory.They are hardly in charge for the vocational lab-similar to lab assistant.
3) No job satisfaction and promotion
Though one of the qualification required for the post of a vocational instructor is academic degree, the one bearing higher qualification has to retire in the same post.Present special rule does not allow promotion of an instructor to Nonvocational teacher.
4) What is the role played by the technical laboratory assistant.
How do a man trained in Book keeping can perform to medical lab technology. They are living in the vocational schools at silent corners with no knowledge on their role.
5)VHSE can post any body as teachers.
In our school no permanent teachers for any of the subject.
people posted are bearing insufficient qualification. education here is at a lacuna.Though all most all VHS schools are running with empty permanent staff no action from the concerned to give promotion to qualified vocational instructor as non vocational teacher or to post fresh hands from the list.
5) No second language and optional mathematics.
VHSE is not recognizable at many of the Indian universities, hence students are suffering even after gaining admission. this is because of lack of second language and mathematics i hope (they call VHSE a job oriented course and whose holders are not eligible for degree admission).I directly know a boy from Kayamkulam who lost his valuable admission to B. Pharm because of the virtues of VHSE.
6)Give VHSE a structure or dissolve in HSE, VHSE may be given following course structure.
Vocational subject
7) Amend special rules of VHSE so that all its beneficiaries gain justice and job satisfaction.
