Dear friends

Do you know that the selfishness of Ex Chief Executive is the actual cause for spoiling 2 years of last 2 batch students in VHSE? If you don’t know kindly read this and you will know about it.

As the Malayalam saying goes “Chumarundenkile Chitram Varakkan Pattukayullu”, some one with selfish motives that too the ex top executive knows that VHSE is his wall and he can make paintings in this wall only. Since he is not from IAS cadre, he has no other option to hold higher position except to make VHSE exist. As such this fellow does not have any caliber to climb the career ladder with out any support. The support came in the political form named Muslim League. The person in lime light is the son of a top ML politician and that was the only qualification he had to hold that post.

Because of this selfishness only, he tried to keep the VHSE exist and he is the main culprit behind curtailing Level 1 to 4 (Standard 9 to Standard 12) within 2 years VHSE with 4 modules. But fortunately or unfortunately Central Govt. didn’t give sanction for this proposal and so the fate of 2 batches of students who are studying at present may be Ram Ram and Govinda.

I am just putting here in black and white just to make all understand that poison against NSQF is being injected from top to bottom with the intention of protecting the top level chairs and not to benefit any teaching community.

Think and Act wise and have a Happy Cluster meeting from Class 1 to Class 12 going to be held on 24/03/2017. Participate actively in the meeting with out any grudge to High School and Higher Secondary Staff. Feel all as Government servants. Don’t fall in the sweet trap of at least some of the VHSE staff with such stupid feelings.

VHSE യിലെ ഒരു പ്രമുഖൻ NSQF അധികൃതരുമായി സംസാരിച്ചെന്നും, തല്ക്കാലം യാതൊരു മാറ്റവും വരുത്താതെ നിലവിലെ VHSE ക്ക് nsqfഅംഗീകാരം നല്കാൻ തടസ്സങ്ങൾ ഇല്ലെന്നും ഭാവിയിൽ ASAP ഇതിനകം തയ്യാറാക്കിയ module ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ സിസ്റ്റത്തിലേക്ക് content ആയി പരിഗണിക്കും എന്നല്ലാതെ യാതൊരു ഘടന മാറ്റവും ഇല്ലെന്നും ചിലർ പറയുന്നല്ലോ

Dear Mr. Manavalan, I feel like LOL (Laughing Out Loudly) seeing your reply. I can understand your concern for loosing chance on sitting idle with out any work and in the end of the month, rob public money from treasury in the form of Salary. Salary is given to employees for their work and not for sitting idle. OK leave those things, now coming to your query;

First of all Central Government has published in the central Gazette of Government of India to Introduce NSQF from 9th standard. If you are like typical Kerala teachers, don't try to read such news pieces, else if you are a real professional scholar, try to understand what is NSQF and the recent developments in NSQF

Do you think that some fraud Kerala politicians can influence Central Government minister, or do you think for a single state they will give excuse, what a fun you are writing I cant understand.

Then next thing, you can avoid NSQF syllabus in Kerala State. In that case, non NSQF students will never get chance to enter in Central Government employment like BSNL, Railways and so on. They will not get Visa clearance to work abroad also. Then do you think students will come and study this useless courses ?. In that case it will result in slow death of Kerala state General Education system

Since I am dedicated to NSQF news and I hate the idle mentality of Vocational staff of VHSE department, I like to dissolve VHSE at the earliest

പിന്നെ ഒരു കാര്യം മനസിലാക്കുക. 5 ലക്ഷത്തിൽ പരം കേരള സർക്കാർ ജീവനക്കാരിൽ ചുരുങ്ങിയത് 70 ശതമാനവും ഉഴപ്പന്മാരാണ്. എല്ലാവരും ശരാശരി ആത്മാർത്ഥതയോടെ ജോലി ചെയ്തിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ ഈ നാട് എന്നോ നന്നായേനെ..അത് കൊണ്ട് കേവലം 389 വി എച്ച് എസ് ഇ സ്‌കൂളുകളിലെ ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് ശമ്പളം കൊടുക്കുന്നത് വെറുതെ പാഴ്ചെലവ് ആണെന്ന താങ്കളുടെ വാദം ശരിയല്ല.

Yes Dear Mr. manavalan, My intention is to terminate VHSE and nothing else than that. I know many vocational staff of VHSE department (Sitting aside of us) without any work, just robbing public money in the form of salary. For your information Mr. Manavalan, I don't know any other website and I have connection with this site only. If you can give me other web site addresses, I will try to post these comments there also.

Hello Mr. for the reply on ASAP, DPI etc etc, you are arguing DPI can't talk English is still a fun. He is an IAS cadre employee and not a non IAS fellow.

When the central government says that too in Gazette published by Government of India Skill has to be taught from 9th standard how will you introduce NSQF from class 11 ? That thinking itself is the proof for kallan and kollakkaran. Do you think ASAP director, DPI and the so called Vocational Teacher in charge of SCERT of Kerala are all above Minister for HRD, Government of India ? Further if all other states can introduce NSQF from 9th standard, do these VHSE fellows have horns for exceptions. I gather knowledge on NSQF by reading articles published by Government and never try to get knowledge from here and there just by word of mouth. I cant' understand you can work only in VHSE or what? Dont be narrow minded think broad. Feel it as a General education department and not as HS, HSS, VHSE etc etc

The conclusion is that all lazy fellows be good citizen and get ready to teach from 9th standard. There is no short cuts to hard work. The case of VHSE is almost over. Buy a thunder bolt to lock permenantly

vhse യെ പൂട്ടിക്കെട്ടിയെ അടങ്ങൂ എന്ന ആഗ്രഹം കൊണ്ട് നടക്കുന്നവരിൽ രണ്ടാം സ്ഥാനം nvt അധ്യാപർക്കാണ്. പ്രത്യേകിച്ചും ജൂനിയർമാർ.. എട്ടും പത്തും വർഷം സർവീസ് ഉള്ള തങ്ങൾക്ക് ഹയർ സെക്കണ്ടറിയിൽ പോയാൽ നേരെയങ്ങ് സീനിയർ ആകാം എന്നാണ് അവരുടെ വിചാരം. എന്നാൽ ലബ്ബ കമ്മിറ്റി ശുപാർശ ചെയ്ത രീതിയിൽ 5 വർഷം പൂർത്തിയാക്കിയ എല്ലാ ജൂനിയർ മാരെയും സീനിയർ ആയി കണക്കാക്കും എന്ന തീരുമാനം ഇതേ വരെ ഉത്തരവ് ആയിട്ടില്ല. വമ്പിച്ച സാമ്പത്തിക ബാധ്യത വരുത്തി വെക്കുന്ന ഈ തീരുമാനം ഗവണ്മെന്റ് ഫിനാൻസ് നെ മാറി കടന്ന് എടുക്കാനും സാധ്യത കാണുന്നില്ല. പിന്നെ ഹവർ അഥവാ 60 മിനിറ്റ് , ആഴ്ചയിൽ 12 ഹവർ അഥവാ 720 മിനിറ്റ് തങ്ങൾ ക്‌ളാസ് എടുക്കുന്നു, അത് 18x40=720 മിനിറ്റ് ക്‌ളാസ് എടുക്കുന്ന ഹയർ സെക്കണ്ടറി സീനിയറിന് തുല്യം ആണെന്നും ഒക്കെയുള്ള ഇവരുടെ വാദത്തിന്റെ തന്നെ കടക്കൽ വെക്കുന്ന കത്തിയാണ് ഈ ലയന പ്രേമം. സീനിയർ എൻ വി ടി മാർക്കും ഇച്ചിരി മോഹം ഇല്ലാതല്ല.. വർഷത്തിൽ ഒന്നോ രണ്ടോ തവണ ക്ലസ്റ്ററിന് ഇരിക്കുമ്പോൾ പോലും എങ്ങു നിന്നോ വലിഞ്ഞു കേറി വന്നവരെപോലെയാണ് ഈ മഹത്തായ എച്ച് എസ് എസ് റ്റി മാർ ഇവരോട് കാണിക്കുന്നത്. പിന്നെ 3 കോഴ്സ് ഉള്ള വി എച്ച് എസ് സ്‌കൂളിൽ ഉള്ള ഇംഗ്ലീഷ് സീനിയർ ഒരു ദിവസം 4 ഹവർ ക്‌ളാസ് എടുക്കണം. ഫസ്റ്റ്, സെക്കൻഡ് ഇയറുകളുടെ രണ്ടു ബാച്ച് കൾ കമ്പയിൻ ചെയ്തതും ഇരു വര്ഷങ്ങളിലെയും മൂന്നാം ബാച്ച് ഒറ്റയ്ക്കും..അങ്ങനെ ഒന്നാം വർഷ കമ്പയിന് ഒരു ഹവർ, രണ്ടാം വർഷ കമ്പയിന് ഒരു ഹവർ, ഒന്നാം വർഷ സേപ്പറേറ്റി ന് ഒരു ഹവർ, രണ്ടാം വർഷ സേപ്പറേറ്റിന് ഒരു ഹവർ..ആകെ ദിവസം 4 ഹവർ, ആഴ്ചയിൽ 24..പക്ഷെ വളരെ മുമ്പേ നിയമിക്കപ്പെട്ട ഇംഗ്ലീഷ് സീനിയറിൽ ഭൂരിഭാഗവും പ്രിൻസിപ്പൽ മാരും.. മൂന്ന് ബാച്ചും കൂട്ടി 90 കുട്ടികളെ ശ്വാസം കിട്ടാത്ത ക്‌ളാസ് റൂമിൽ ഒന്നിച്ചാക്കി തങ്ങളുടെ 24 ഹവർ 12 ആയി കുറക്കുന്ന വിരുതന്മാർക്കും ലായിപ്പിക്കണം പോലും...

ലയനം സ്വപനം കാണുന്ന മൂന്നാമത്തെ വിഭാഗം എൻ വി ടി/എച്ച് എസ് എസ്‌ റ്റി യോഗ്യത ഉള്ള B.Ed SET യോഗ്യത ഉള്ള ഇൻസ്ട്രാക്ടര്മാരാണ്. 2010 ന് ശേഷം എൽ ടി എ യിൽ നിന്ന് പ്രൊമോഷനിലൂടെ വന്ന അവർക്ക് ഇനി പൊതു വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ വകുപ്പിൽ ലയിച്ച് എച്ച് എസ് എ ആയാലും കുഴപ്പമില്ല എന്നാണ്. കാരണം എച്ച് എസ് എ മാരിൽ hsst computer science പോലുള്ള പോസ്റ്റിൽ യോഗ്യരായ mca ബിരുദക്കാർ ഇല്ല. രണ്ടു വർഷം hsa ആയാൽ നേരെ കോണി കയറി പച്ച മഷിക്ക് അവസരം കിട്ടും എന്നാണ് ഇവരുടെ വികല ധാരണ.

താങ്കൾ ഇതിൽ ഏതു വിഭാഗമാണ് എന്നെനിക്ക് കൃത്യമായി അറിയില്ല. പക്ഷെ ഹയർ സെക്കണ്ടറിയിൽ ക്ലർക്ക് തസ്തിക ഇല്ല.അതിനാൽ രണ്ടും കൂട്ടിയാൽ താനെന്ന ബോണ്സായി നിമിഷ നേരം കൊണ്ട് UD, HC, JS, SS വഴി അണ്ടർ സെക്രട്ടറിയോ ഒക്കെ ആകാൻ മാത്രം താല്പര്യം വെച്ച് കൊണ്ടാണ് കളി. അല്ലാതെ കുട്ടികളുടെ ഭാവിയും അവർക്ക് കേന്ദ്ര തൊഴിലിന് അപേക്ഷിക്കാൻ പറ്റാത്തതും ഒന്നുമല്ല. അതൊക്കെ തങ്ങളുടെ പ്രൊമോഷൻ, ഉയർന്ന ശമ്പളം ഒക്കെ നേടാനുള്ള ഒരു മുതല കണ്ണീർ..നെഞ്ചി ൽ കൈവെച്ചു സ്വന്തം മനഃസാക്ഷിയോട് താങ്കൾ ചോദിച്ചു നോക്കിയാൽ ശരി ആണെന്നെ നിങ്ങൾക്ക് ഉത്തരം കിട്ടൂ

Poor fellow, I feel pity on you. I remember "Anayan Pokunna Deepathinte Aalikathal" That is all your honor, that is all. Relax friend relax. Only days to think about VHSE, after that we will talk about General Education Department and DPI. Slowly you will adjust there.

ഈ ഡയലോഗ് ആണ് ശരിക്കും ചിരി വരുത്തുന്നത്. സുഹൃത് ഒരു കാര്യം മനസ്സിലാക്കണം.. കേരളത്തിൽ പ്ലസ് ടു വിന് ചേരുന്ന 75% കുട്ടികളുടെ രക്ഷിതാക്കളും എല്ലാരും ചേരുന്നു ഞങ്ങളും ചേരുന്നു എന്ന കാരണത്താൽ ചേരുന്നതാണ്..അവർ ഇനി കേരളത്തിൽ പോലും ഇതിന് വിലയില്ല എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞാലും ചേർത്തും. നിങ്ങളെ പോലുള്ളവർ ഒരു പാട് കാലം ആയല്ലോ പറയുന്നു..വി എച്ച് എസ് ഇ യിൽ അടുത്ത വർഷം കുട്ടികൾ ഉണ്ടാവില്ല എന്ന്. എന്നിട്ട് അത് സംഭവിച്ചോ.. ഈ കഴിഞ്ഞ ഒരു സീറ്റ് പോലും ബാക്കിയില്ല. പോസ്റ്റൽ വകുപ്പിലെ ജോലിയിൽ വി എച്ച് എസ് ഇ സ്ട്രീമിൽ പഠിച്ചവർ യോഗ്യരല്ല അപേക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതില്ല എന്ന് വിജ്ഞാപനം ചെയ്യുന്നു. പ്ലസ് ടു വിലെ വിഷയങ്ങൾ അഥവാ ഇവിടെ എൻ വി ടി ആയി പഠിപ്പിക്കുന്ന മറ്റു വിഷയങ്ങൾ പടിപ്പിക്കാതെ വെറും വൊക്കേഷണൽ വിഷയം ആണ് പല സംസ്ഥാനത്തും ഈ അടുത്ത കാലം വരെ വി എച്ച് എസ് സ്‌ട്രീം എന്ന പേരിൽ ചെയ്തു കൊണ്ടിരുന്നത്..അത് കൊണ്ടാണ് ആ നിബന്ധന വന്നത്. ഇപ്പോൾ nsqf നടപ്പിലായതോടെ അവിടത്തെ വി എച്ച് എസ് ഇ യിലും നമ്മൾ നോൺ വൊക്കേഷണൽ എന്ന് പറയുന്ന വിഷയങ്ങൾ കൂടി പഠിപ്പിക്കാൻ അവസരം ആയി..കേരളം 1983 മുതൽ ചെയ്തു തുടങ്ങിയ കാര്യം കേന്ദ്രത്തിന് നന്ന് എന്ന് തോന്നാൻ 2013 വരെ വേണ്ടി വന്നു.

As you are a great man, greater than APJ Abdul Kalam, I am not interested to continue discussion with you. It is true from your mentality over here that you are a first class public money robber. If VHSE is there then only you people can rob money by sitting idle with out doing any duty. First be broad minded to consider all as Government employees and not as a king in a pond.

I will write where ever I like and it is not your concern. I have the right to put in black and white what I feel. Since the discussion was started by me, If you are not interested in this discussion, stop conversation in this topic. You have the right to start new topic as VHSE is the best in this Universe. From the writing of people like you, it is clear that you people are having multiple inferiority complex, may be thinking of your fate to teach such third class people. You people are feeling jealous over others for handling nice people in HSS
