3.1.3 Vocational Education: The state has not taken up the scheme of Vocational Education under the NSQF framework. The additional Chief Secretary stated that vocational courses are available at senior secondary level in the state
 
Secretary (SE&L) stated that the state should strive to provide vocational education courses to 9th and 10th class students so that they may get a feel of career they may consider for opting in higher classes.
 
Secretary (SE&L) also observed that the state is presently having an education pattern of 7+3 years which is not as per the national norms and should strive to change it to universal 8+2 system over a period of next 3 years
 
Now tell me what can you interpret from this? This is not a discussion between Principal and Teachers or Teacher and Instructor. This is a decision between Additional Chief Secretary of the state and the Secretary(SE&L) of Central Government. This is not a decision of Director ASAP or Director SCERT or Vocational Teacher in charge of SCERT.

This minutes clearly states the actual plan of action to be implemented by State Government. So may be that is why the State Government decided to implement NSQF in 28 schools on pilot basis. So at last our good days are coming

Let this hell dead department perish at the earliest. At least we will get a position in a nice department
