Transfer of LTA - Can it be solved?

Vhse online transfer 2013 was a great drama, which was played for more than 100 days and was superhit. The climax and anti-climax came and gone one by one. At last manual modification came for Vocational teachers, Non vocational teachers and vocational instructors ( All "vocational" can be read as VACATIONAL in the official site of vhse- what an irony?). Yet lab technical assistant list is not yet published. There is no hope to publish it in immediate future. Days and months are going.....Yet around 130 Lta's who was in provisional lists, requested for transfer, many of them were from north districts to south districts, were being held, only 30 of them were thrown for placing those 130.

The problem of LTA'S actually starts from their PSC exam, The qualification prescribed for the post was a pass in VHSE. The vhse were comprised of science including engineering, agricuture, paramedical, home science, and humanities and commerce. But psc made science oriented question and this brought a lot of science vhse passed candidates in to list. Like other PSC lists most of them were from south districts but the courses in south schools were much lower than vhs courses in north districts.The appointments were also not planned. Science candidates were posted in commerce trades and vice versa. Now there are 10 posts for lab technical assistant in travel and tourism which is a humanities trade, but none are from that course, means at present lab technical assistant in agriculture or automobile are sitting in the post of lab technical assistant in ttravel and tourism. when online transfer were called in 2011 june, the transfer made by adjustment by closing the site for two months were done mainly for LTA's. The adjustment transfer made upto february 2013 included a lot of LTA's and filled the vacancies came in thiruvananthapuram and kollam and those candidates having less than a period of 3 years could not be thrown out. This is actually brought the bottleneck and now all are in confusion what to do. Now even the vacancies cannot be reported to PSC for a fresh notification in trade wise because a vacancy in a school, suppose reported as '' vacancy of lab technical assistant in accountancy and auditing'', during the interval between PSC exam and appointment procedure, transfer may be made and and an existing LTA, sometimes LTA in MRRTV, may be transferred and posted to that vacancy and PSC have to appoint the selected fresh candidate of LTA in accountancy to LTA in agriculture or MRRTV where the transfered one came to the original vacancy

So, the ultimate solution is far away. Yet no justification to keep the present who requested for transfer in the old station. Hope some solution will come in this month itself

The problem with LTAs is that they think themselves as technically qualified hands.Being VHSE certificate holders,it is true but VHSE department don't require their technical know how. kindly see the link [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
As per this there is no need for an LTA to be posted in a school where the vocational subject is LTA s own subject.
That is if an LTA who passed vhse in MOBE is posted in a school where vocational subject is GI it is alright.
Now the demand is that LTA s should be posted according to their study VHSE.
If that is to be done some LTAs have to go be supernumerary and some new LTAs have to be appointed strictly according to their subject of study.But the second part may might take the selection process to court as there was no such precedence and rules are also against such selection process.

The other option left is to continue the selection process as long as the necessary LTAs are obtained while keeping numerous LTAs as supernumerary.
