(1) of Section 2 of the Kerala Public Services Act, 1968 (19 of 1968), and in
supersession of all rules and orders on the subject, the Government of Kerala
hereby make the following rules for the Kerafa Vocational Higher Secondary
Education State Service, namely:- '
RULES

I, Short title and commencement,4,I) These rules may be called the Kerala
Vocational Higher Secondary Education State Service Rules, 2004.
(2) They shall come into force at once.

This volume of special rule deals with 6 categories of staff namely
